At Trevy Group we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have over it.

1. Who we are

Trevy Group is a boutique performance management and operations consultancy based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, working with SMBs internationally. The data controllers are the founding partners, Leonardo Ferrara and Gonzalo Neila.

2. What data we collect

2.1 Data you give us

We collect information you choose to share with us, including:

• Name, last name, and email when you book a call or contact us through a form.
• Information about your company, sector, size, and operational challenges shared during the sales process.
• Financial and operational information shared with us under a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) during an active engagement.

2.2 Data collected automatically

When you visit our website, we collect basic technical information for analytics purposes:

• IP address, browser type, and device.
• Pages visited and time spent.
• Referring source.

This data is processed in aggregate and anonymized form, without identifying you individually.

3. How we use your data

• Business communication: responding to your inquiries, scheduling meetings, sending proposals.
• Service delivery: working on your Operations Review, Command Center, or Monthly Advisory.
• Site improvement: understanding usage to make the site better.
• Legal compliance: invoicing and tax obligations.

We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.

4. Who we share your data with

Your data is only shared with the following third parties, and only when necessary:

• Calendly: to schedule meetings (subject to its own privacy policy).
• Netlify: site hosting provider (US-based servers).
• Google Workspace: for business email.
• Google Analytics: for aggregated statistical analysis of site usage, with anonymized IP, and only if you accept analytics cookies. Subject to its own privacy policy.
• Competent authorities: only when required by a court order or legal request.

We do not share your data with ad networks, marketing automation platforms, or data brokers.

5. How long we keep your data

• Sales inquiries that don't progress: up to 24 months.
• Active clients: for the duration of the project + 5 years after (accounting recordkeeping requirements).
• Information under NDA: as agreed in each specific NDA.

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access: know what data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Deletion: ask us to delete your data (where no legal obligation requires us to keep it).
• Objection: object to processing for purposes other than originally agreed.

7. Cookies and analytics

Our site uses two types of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies: required for the site to function. For example, keeping your session in the client portal and remembering your cookie preference. These cookies don't require consent.
• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): we use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate how the site is used, what content is helpful, and how to improve it. These cookies are only activated if you accept them in the banner on your first visit. You can decline them and the site works the same way.

About Google Analytics:

• Your IP address is anonymized before being stored.
• We don't use Google Analytics for ad personalization and we don't connect it to Google Ads.
• In the client portal (/clients/) Google's advertising features and signals are explicitly disabled.
• For portal users, we record an anonymized identifier of your company (not your email or your name) to understand which companies use the portal most actively.
• Data retention in Google Analytics is set to 14 months.
• You can change your preference at any time by clearing site cookies or installing Google's official opt-out add-on.

We do not use advertising tracking cookies, social network cookies, retargeting cookies, or third-party cookies other than the ones listed.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS) across the entire site.
• Client portal access via expiring magic-link authentication.
• Sensitive documents served through protected URLs with watermarking and download logging.
• Confidential information access restricted to the partners and the corresponding client.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we publish the new version at this same URL with the date of modification. If the changes are substantial, we notify by email anyone already in contact with us.
